AWARD WINNING ARCHITECTS MOVE TO COWBRIDGE

It’s not just Waitrose who have moved into Cowbridge!

Two architects are combining their operations and have moved into a conversion in the Old Hall. Nick Renwick and Elio Leo who first worked in an office together in the 1980’s and then went their separate ways have now decided to pool their resources and work together again.

Nick with his conservation and planning experience will be concentrating on special sites throughout the Vale, Wales and West of England; Elio will bring his Italian flare to bear on these and also more commercial projects. Both have won awards for projects in the past so expect some interesting buildings in both new and old materials to the highest design and energy standards.
